Processing Time: Every order is processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Pre-Order Item/s: Items labeled as Pre-Order require a longer processing time. Please allow 8–10 days before your item is shipped. This is to ensure we are able to secure the item from our supplier and prepare it for delivery. Once shipped, your order will follow the same standard delivery timelines as stated above. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship them together once the pre-order item is ready.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 10–15 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or delays with carriers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
